1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Conversify AI, you agree to these Terms. You represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Generate hate speech, sexually explicit content, or material promoting violence.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI or bypass rate limits.
  • Provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property of any third party.

3. NO REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As our products are digital services delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the service has commenced.

*UK/EU Consumers: By starting your subscription or using our API, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once digital content has been accessed.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI responses.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be secure or free from bugs.
  • Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event.

5. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

FOR US RESIDENTS: You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action.

6. Intellectual Property & AI Usage

You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant Conversify AI a license to use this data strictly to facilitate the service. We do not use your private content to train general AI models that are shared with other customers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
